BCAA Amino Hydrate is a blend containing all three branched chain amino acids (BCAA), specifically l-leucine, l-isoleucine and l-valine in a ratio of 2:1:1. These amino acids are essential because our body cannot create them on its own, so it is necessary to supplement them regularly. Recommended use

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop 14 g) with 500 ml of water and shake well. Consume during exercise on training days or throughout the rest-days to support the regeneration.
